Crostini with Herbs de Provence

 

Difficulty: 

Prep Time:  5 minutes

Cooking Time:  10-12 minutes


Makes 25 pieces


Ingredients:

1/2 ea.    Baguette, sliced on bias 1/3” thick

3 T         EVO 

1/2 tsp.   Herbs de Provence

TT          Sea Salt & White Pepper or Esplette


Technique:


•Preheat oven to 350°F.

•Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil then 1 Tbsp. EVO.

•Lay out sliced baguette then brush or drizzle with remaining EVO.  Season with Herbs, Salt & Pepper.

•Bake for 5 minutes, turn crostini over and rotate tray, then bake 5 more minutes.  Crostini should be firm to touch in the center.

•Cool and store in an airtight container in pantry.
